I would like to extend my appreciation to you and your crew on a job well done.
Your crew finished up on the complete rebuilding project of our (3) 600 ton cooling towers.
I contacted Randy Broker earlier this spring and he sent me a quote to sandblast and coat the basins, replace the fill media, and replace the water boxes. At the time it was uncertain when we'd be able to schedule this project let alone getting it approved.
The first week of October, at the eleventh hour the project was approved. The project had to be completes and billed by the 15th of November. Randy already had the guys scheduled to do the job in Indiana which would've put this projects start time around the first week of November. This would not of worked on our end. He was able to rearrange the schedule, get the guys out here to start on the towers and finish this project on time.
My hat is off to the crew involved with the project first hand, Jason Fischer, Phil Nevel, and Larry Gibson by meeting the demands of AT&T. That crew is second to none on an excellent job well done.
I'd also like to extend a special thanks to Mary Fischer for a job well done. There were a couple times when we needed some immediate billing to be done and she handled it like the professional that she is.
Again, it was an excellent experience working with Furlong Industrial. We look forward to working with you in the future."

"Mr. Furlong,
I wanted to send you a note to let you know how completely satisfied and impressed I am with the refurbishing of our cooling tower that took place last night into the morning.
From the first initial contact that I had with Randy, to the paperwork and scheduling with Mary, and the finishing up with the outstanding work performed last night by Larry and Paul, Furlong exceeded my expectations at every step of the process.
The refurbish job on our tower was slated to take 2 ½ days and Larry and Paul were able to complete the job in one very hard worked night. Not only did they complete the job ahead of schedule but did so under some extreme conditions. Our tower is small compared to most and is very cramped to work inside. I myself have been inside numerous times but nothing to the extent of what Larry was last evening and this morning.
They did the work after our normal business hours which allowed our company to move along the week without even knowing that they had been there. I was expecting some problems with a project of this size and with the location of our tower (upstairs, inside an office building), but the night went on without a hitch. Larry and Paul not only took care of the tower, but cleaned up the work area much more than I could have imagined.
Please relay my sentiments with everyone associated with our project if you would. And once again...THANK YOU!
